Hello, Can I make a shared folder on my slave drive that other computers need a password to open it that way people cant look in it or put files in or take files out without having a password to get into it?

I have Windows Vista Business

when i restart my laptop sometimes it asked for the password even though i clicked save password on that account. Odd..
