How about a tutorial of how often to clean the inside of a computer, and how to clean the inside properly. How to recognize if hardware needs repair or replacement, specifically fans.

Roxio EZ CD Creator 6 has "kicked my butt"! Could you (out of the goodness of your heart?) produce a tutorial that a 70 year old could understand? I have been to the Roxio site --- done everything I can do to follow their instructions ---- I just am not "getting it"! (My fault, not theirs!)

All I want to do is download a song --- put it on a CD that I can play in my car! whistling.gif

Sigh. I made the mistake of telling one of my "loved ones" I'd like to "play around" with "burning and ripping" (not having a clue what either term meant) ---- and viola! dry.gif I got this Roxio thingey for Christmas! sad.gif 7 days later ..... I am *still* trying to get the hang of it! sad.gif

Can you help me? Step by step---- pictures if possible --- hand holding all the way! Pre-K would be good!

'Preciate it!

A hardware tutorial on motherboards- compatibility and the aspects of them.

A hardware tutorial on putting together (assembling) a computer's parts to make it work, with cables, etc, in a non-static environment, etc..

A tutorial on CPU's, a tutorial on GPU's, a tutorial on RAM, a tutorial on cases, fans, PSU's, and heatsinks...if this is too much just let me know...i would just like to know alot more aboutt hardware and its hard for me to find non-technical over-my-head-stuff on google or the rest of the internet. Its hard to research this stuff and find the info i need.

A tutorial on IIS Maybe? For Home Users? I did add a topic, requesting this, but this seemed more appropriate place to ask.

OK I've got a few ideas (some I need some would just help others)

1) The Basic Linux Command Line (as I've only figured out how to use yum and kudzu)

2) An Introduction to dial-up alternatives

3) Thunderbird Email program

Do we have any Mac users that could produce Mac tutorials? I do not use Mac but I am sure they would be welcomed.
