Hey shr00ms,

have a look at those links:
http://www.msfn.org/articles.php?action=sh...;showarticle=49 ,
http://www.maximumpc.com/article/How-To--S...XP-installation ,
http://www.geekgirls.com/windowsxp_slipstream.htm ,
http://www.theeldergeek.com/slipstreamed_xpsp1_cd.htm ,
http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/windo..._slipstream.asp and http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/v...ce936b2b9e935f/

That should do for the moment. I dont think there s a tutorial about that here yet.

I see it's been quite a while since this thread wass added to. Here's a tutorial topic that really needs addressing. I constantly see people asking for help on this.

"What to Do When XP Won't Boot"

I would certainly like to help. I know this is a big and complicated subject, so, a group effort would probably be best. There are many hardware and OS aspects to be investigated depending on where the boot process fails. (POST, boot loader, XP loader, user login, Desktop crash, etc.)

I'd like to see instructions how to effectively use infoprocess antihook.
It is a great, great HIPS applications, but some questions are so difficult to answer smile.gif especially the two at the bottom.
If someone could suggest some typical questions and answers it would really help.

To edit AH rules, you need .net framework. Version 1.1 is fine to use.
Editing is needed because a wrong answer may need to be edited.

Version 2.6 of AntiHook is still free (not easy to find, it's in small print on the version 3 screen)
http://www.infoprocess.com.au/antihook26.php

Oh, the reason I ask is because I cannot find ANY manuals. The only thing I read is their white paper which was enough to convince me to use it.

Hi mariska,

Please be advised that ComboFix is not meant to be run without guidance from a trusted helper / advisor as it is very powerful.
Thus it would be counter-productive and not in the Tool-Creator's mind, to create any kind of tutorial or further explanations.

Please also bare in mind that ComboFix is no diagnostic, but rather a specific removal tool and should not be used as such.

Thanks for your understanding.
