O2 Webmail sent e-mails are blank !

I have an external o2 webmail account which has worked fine for 4 to 5 years.
Receives mail fine but when I reply or send an e-mail, none of the text I type is attached and
so it just appears as a blank e-mail to the recipient.

Anyone heard of this before ?

Note that this particular product has been discontinued.

Cheers but this is just o2 e-mail like yahoo or g.mail from my pc.
It seems to have fixed itself now. (or o2 have fixed their servers!)
