Cell Phone / Computer Interface? Any ideas?

Anyone know how to link up a cell phone and a computer? Software or any other means? I recently used Vonage and enjoyed some of its features such as receiving a message on the computer screen when having an incoming call, answering the phone on the computer, etc. Any way to have a cell phone signal forwarded to a computer and answer while on the computer - listen through headphones or speakers and speak through a microphone? Anyone have any ideas on how to do this if it is at all possible? Thanks a bunch. Cheers.
