Well I've had this burnt for a while now and tried it out today (using as I type). If you liked Kanotix 2005 ( I do ) you should like Sidux 2007, as it is supposed to be nothing but Debian Sid ("unstable", a bit of a misnomer if you ask me ) with KDE 3.5.7 set up for the "true believers" that don't want to go the full Debian route, hence the name. Kanotix 2007 ( didn't like it ) is uBuntu based, So that makes 3 more "Kubuntus" now basicly, Kanotix '07, and the two 'Spires. (any others I don't know about ?) There are a couple things that will keep me from using Sidux as a live distro on a regular basis, lack of a pre-installed firewall interface, (all ports tested report as closed though...
) plus more importantly to me is a lack of a easy way to save settings or profiles, other than that It's seems very nice . It's my first encounter with "Iceweasel"
(2.0.0.6) all I can say is Cool
(if there's any difference I can't see it, other than no "speelchucker") If I was wanting to Install something "Debian" this would probably be it.
