The Boston Tea Party was infact Started by Wealthy Englishmen who hated paying Tax. Think Mr Samual Adams Family was involved in That!!! The new English law took away their vast profits and INFACT would have made Tea Cheaper for the Common Man Source: The Cod Father |

Americas Pride "The Statue of Liberty" was a Gift from a Greatful French Nation???? After it was Commissioned for a grand French event, French politicians were horrified and it was "GOT RID OF" by giving it to the USA. Well it aint like the French to actually give away anything IS IT????

SMF, very cool information. I love learning these things. Once I get my brain and body out of sleep mode, I might pick my brain for a few of these facts also. Right now, they are buried deep,

The British Democracy is Held Up as the Worls Original True Political Democracy.
It was Started by Oliver Cromwell, a Murderous Religious Fanatical Quacker Fighting General. He Said "This Country will be a Democracy and I will remain a Dictator UNTIL it Is". He then Knocked off the King and introduced Compulsary Free Education. A HATED Man in Ireland where he put Thousands to Death in the Name of The King and Country |

The American Compact car, the Corvair was unsafe at any speed !! (compared to what?) Good topic, SaxonManFinland BTW, do what you are doing with the fonts, colors, size, etc. and then "close all tabs" to get the bbcode to work right. and then "close all tags" to get the bbcode to work right. CODE [color=red][size=4][font=symbol]and then "close all tags" to get the bbcode to work right.[/font][/size][/color] in fact you can type the bracket & bracket with the "close" / in the same way as it is shown yourself, without using the "close all tags", too. Your preview post button will show you the exact appearance before you post.

The Corvair was a SUPER SAFE CAR compared to the French Citroen CV2 which was BANNED in just about every European Country because it could not pass the basic safety test.BUT it still renmained The Students Favourite Car.
No Roof or Doors and cruising along some hot sunny Boulevard it looked great at 20mph.. |

yeah, I read that Billy Joel ran his into something just last year. (a Citroen SV)
But, then he ran another car into a house 6 months before that and was involved in yet another shortly before that. Man, it must be hell when you're famous. Need some favorable press? Try something else. Wasn't the Citroen the Official Car of the French Foreign Legion? HA HA HA. Yep CV2 was a real wow car if you were skint and wanted the sun on your back. Always jealous of those who had one.
If you want something real DIRTY doing then call the FFL. They may speak French but you will get every Murdering B****D from Europe and USA you could wish for. Just see them charging across the desert in their CV2's. Whats the Difference between a Slice of Bread and a Frenchman??? You can make soldiers out of the Bread !!! Pardon Mon Ami's de France, je jest formidable. Da Vinvi's famous painting THE LAST SUPER was the Last Feast of Jesus and the 12 disciples RIGHT??? Then how come there is a Woman in it and TWO disciples missing!!!! |

Goldfish are considered rather Stupid and mundane creatures that just swin happily around in circles all day long.
INFACT they have amazingly advanced sight and can use 5 different wavelengths to see. If we could teach them to Bark they would make brilliant Guard Dogs. |

MAYBE I should amend this and say "A Thousand things I THOUGHT were true". So dear reader you can judge my ignorance by my previous lack of accurate knowledge.
MOLOTOV COCKTAIL was invented by the Russians to use against the German Tanks, in absence of anything other than lots of people and a few spare bottles. INFACT it was invented by a Finnish Soldier to use AGAINST the Russian Tanks when Russia invaded Finland. Not so bad really when 5 million took on 200 million and ended up with a draw. It was A Cocktail FOR Mr Molotov with Love from Finland. |
