Hi i'm new to these forums and i have a small problem. I have a 140 MB video that I wish to upload on to youtube but the size limit is 100 MB. The video is in mp4 format and I was wondering if there was any FREE software that allows you to compress the video so it is suitable for youtube, I don't mind if it loses a bit of quality or gets converted to another format that youtube accepts, but i would like the quality as good as it can be under 100 MB. I have Windows OS and if you know software that can do this and is 100% free not just some free trial, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

I believe Youtube is in the process of raising their file size limit. I heard about this last week so I don't know when it comes into effect. In the meantime, you might want to try another viral video service like Daily Motion that already accepts larger files.
