BleepingComputer.com: Lan And Shared Printers

I have a laptop (Aspire 3680) and an HP desktop which I want to set up as a home LAN with the HP as the server with the Aspire connected by wireless. I would also like to set up my printer so that it can be shared by both machines. I would appreciate any advice you can offer me as to how best to go about this.

That link should prove invaluable to you. That's the official Microsoft page for sharing a printer in Vista.
If you don't have Vista then I don't have a link for you as that is the only relevant page I get when searching
the Microsoft site. There are some others but they all relate to Vista.

We can help you set up File and Printer sharing here with 2000, ME,XP, or whatever else you want to use.
