Can Someone Help Me Plz my computer screen

the other day i downloaded a computer game and while iw as playing it it made my screen smaller, now, even though i have gotten rid of the game, and exited out and restarded many times, my screen is still small, i can see black empty space and both sides of my screen. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP MEE!!!??---thanky ou.

You might have to reset your screen resolution in Display Properties
Control Panel> double -click on Display and choose the Settings tab
