Where is this backup beeing stored?
Do you have an OEM OS?
Sometimes for some strange reason Vista will backup in the recovery partition of your PC. Is this the case?
Is your PC a customised PC or you bought it with a brand in it (HP, Dell, GateWay, ect...)?

If you don't have sufficient space, the backup will not be created - you'll either have to move or delete some of the backups that you have stored in order to make more room.

Writing in capital letters is like shouting on the web. It's very rude, and it will not help you get your problem solved more quickly anywhere.
