Mozilla Thunderbird Help with passport

hi, i recently got firefox and now ive downloaded thunderbird aswell, im looking to switch to thunderbird instead of outlook express, ive sorted everything but i need a password to access my blueyonder email

eg

it says:
account name: so i type in "mhnw1******" (the stars are numbers)
password: ?


now my password is saved on outlook express, but it is 8 black circles (u no wen u type a password it appears as symbols for security.... now ive tried to copy it but it wont let me, and i carnt remember the password... is there any other way of gettin it?

right guys, ive got thunderbird set up, and i can recieve email, coz i got the password from revelation... but wen i try to send email its acking for a password for *account name* on smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

now ive tried the same password for my incoming mail server (POP3) but it isnt working, do any of u no were i can find my outgoing mail server password, wud it be hidden sumwere in outlook express options like POP3 was? if so i carnt find it

any help wud b great, ive messed up the accounts so i uninstalled and reinstalled to start again, but all my mistakes r still there, is there a way to wipe it all clean and start again?
