Bluetooth no software

Hi can anyone help I have been given a bluetooth dongle but the guy has lost the software that came with it. He thinks it used Bluesoleil but he is not sure does anyone know how I can use it without the appropriate software. I am not verry good when it comes to this sort of thing so simple advice would be apreciate

There's free Bluesoleil downloads you can try and see if it works
