Help With Installing Gfx Card Help me please! lol

ok so my GFX card just came in. what are the steps i need to take to install correctly? Its a Radeon 9550 SE btw. Do i need to uninstall old drivers? the old gfx drivers are the ones that came with the pc.

thanx alot. But its not AGP =*( so it doesnt fit on my pc.
