Mcafee Virusscan

My mcafee virusScan 8.5i enterprise with patches 4 installed keep disabling the on access scan (OAS)=real time scanning.

Sometime while using the computer, mcafee virusScan enterprise OAS would be disable and windows alert me that mcafee virusScan enterprise is disable. About twice a day.

About 10sec later it re-enable itself and the windows alert balloon is gone...

I even apply password to protect the setting, but it still disable itself.

What is happening to the antivirus???
