Hey 8100!!

How much RAM does your computer have? And are you running any other programs at the same time?

When to system performance in the control panel. Says i had 448 right now. No other programs running besides windows processes. I went to Adobe's website, says you need 550 ram. Guess thats my problem?

That would probably be it as that's usually what the problem is if a program is running slow and you aren't running a lot of programs at the same time. Getting more RAM, your computer should run a lot smoother when you run it and should be able to have other things open and/or running.

If I'm not wrong, all CS3 version requires pretty high amount of RAM to run it properly. I had try to install one of the CS3 and it stated that it requires 1GB of RAM.

You might want to look at your specs again. Ram comes in increments of powers of 2 (ie 2^8=256, 2^7=128, 256+128=384, etc). Mosts systems have either 512 Megs, or 1024 Megs (1 Gig) depending on the age of the system.

I figured it out. My computer was strong enough. I put it on my brother's dell. He has 1GB and it works fine! Thanks for your help!
