Does anyone have any experience, knowledge or opinion of a service called pclive security. Supposedly they offer a managed security suite thus eliminating the need for all the various individual security utilities we all now use. The even offer a two-way firewall and all of it is managed by the service without user interaction required. Any info?

Here's CNet's review. Looks like it's a resource hog.

I am always wary of all-in-one security solutions because of the unevenness of the various modules.
I am in principle against any outside source "managing" my computer even if they say it is "for my own good."

John

Thanks for the link to CNet. Sounds like a service for the casual user who has little interest in personally maintaning a secure pc. With the amount of resource used it doesnt't sound like it would be practical on older units.
