Help
my sisters CRT moniter is mad dark, like not so dark you cant see anything but its very dark. Brightness is al the way up..i messed with color temp and it didnt fix it..contrast is up..im using a AtI video card not sure which one its got DVI and VGA out..but this is a VGA moniter, do yo think its the vid card or the moniter?

More than likely the monitor. Can't you try your's to see if it gets any better?
