I Can Not Retrieve The Email Attachment download attachment can not be saved to my file

sir,

when i try to save an attachment from the email of my friend, it doesn't work. below the screen said 'done'. but no pop up of saying where to save as previously stated. Now i dont see the email attachment except when i called them and just fax your attachment.

what's wrong? I cant save the email attachment.

Please tell us if you are using POP E-mail and if so, what application you are using to view your E-mails. Our help will depend on whether you are attempting to save attachments whilst viewing them on-line or are using OutlookExpress or Thunderbird (two examples).
