OK SO OUT OF THE BLUE MY COMPUTER HAS TOLD ME WHEN I TRIED TO PUT A DESKTOP BACKGROUND IN MY COMPUTER THAT ITS DISABLED AND TO SEE SYSTEM ADMIN..WHICH I THOUGHT WAS ME AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. ALSO AT THE SAME TIME I WENT ONTO THE INTERNET AND ALL MY TABS (WHICH I LOVE TO USE) HAVE GONE TOO... I HAVE TRIED THE WHOLE TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>GENERAL>TABS>SETTINGS AND THEY ARE ENABLED BUT I DONT SEE THEM THERE..!!!! PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME... WOULD APPRECIATE ANY KIND OF IDEAS YOU ALL HAVE THANKS CONCEARNED COMPUTER USER |

I'm having the same problem. Can any one tell me how to fix the black background and lose of internet explorer tabs????
