Enabling Java Script Pages In Firefox Help needed

I use Firefox 2.0.0.7 as my default browser and have installed Adblock - Adblock Plus and No Scripts as add ons. Sometimes when surfing I get a pop up on certain sites saying that "it appears that you have Java script disabled on this machine" and that it needs to be enabled to view this side. It also says that this could be as my security settings are too high.

I have both the Java boxes ticked in Firefox/Options/Content. Is there a way I can let Java / Javascript work on Firefox?.

If it's a trusted site, click the Noscript icon in the Firefox status bar (bottom of the page).
When the options menu pops up, click on Temporarily Allow, for whatever the URL to the website is.
