Member Group: Members Posts: 100 Joined: 25-January 05 From: Gloucester, England Member No.: 10,512	I am using Norton System Works 2003 now on an XP machine and suddenly Live Update won't update my Common Client files - it says the problem is with C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\SYMANT~1\ccWebWnd.dl Everything else is OK - Auto-Protect, Virus defs etc. Can anybody help please? TIA Mike

Uninstall liveupdate as well. Then delete C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\SYMANTec\ And then reinstall -------------------- Lawrence
