how can i format my hard disk ving windows vista home premium n then reinstall windows vista home premium n how much timesmicrosoft lets u reinstall ur windows

Formatting Vista is no different to formatting XP. Boot from the Cd then follow the prompts but dont forget to save your important data first as all will be lost. Also there is no limit on formatting OS.
