Installing Nod32 In Vista

I intend to install nod32 antivirus in my vista computer. But when i click on the setup, Windows will prompt: Window has disable the setup due to some reason. I have forgotten the reason. I have disable vista Data Exe Prevention.(DEP). How do i install nod32 in this case??
