hey,

What are good partition sizes for a backup partition?
I have a 120Gb Internal HDD and a 160Gb External HDD. If I backup all files on my 120Gb HDD will I have to partiton my external HDD as 120Gb as well?

Thanks

Depends on exactly what files that you want to backup (it's not necessary to backup all of them) - and the method that you want to use (imaging vs backup). Imaging will get you a copy of your entire 120 gB drive where a backup will only get those files necessary to save your work.
