Hi,

I recently got a new computer and decided to run the XP disk - which has resulted in me losing all the drivers for my machine.
The most important of which being the audio drivers.

I have searched and searched for the drivers but have been unsuccessful.

I am unsure of my machine; I am only certain that it is an RM
I think it may be an expert 3000 (that's what a sticker on the side says!)

Please help!!!!
Thanks

I uploaded a .txt file of the whole page onto yousendit:
The link for it is: http://download.yousendit.com/629275FC3B5490A0

(If anybody could cut down the .txt file into a small bit of information that would help anyone to help me, it would be greatly appreciated)

Any help?
Thanks.

I installed driver number 3 from intel, then restarted my computer; and still it does not recognise any audio device.

When I try to alter the volume, the properties only have "recording" and "playback" is unselectable.

I am currently working at the moment, so I will try the microsoft updates tonight.
Will this solve the problem?

Thanks alot for all your help.

EDIT: I have done the updates found on update.microsoft.com and it hasn't solved my problem!
What next step(s) can I try?!

Please help!!
Thanks.

This problem has been externally solved.
Many thanks for all your attempts.
