can any one tell me how to stop all those automatic start up's for the vista system.

Which automatic startups - there's a ton of 'em on your system.

Here's a couple of places to start:
1) Autoruns (a program to trim startups): http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysintern...s/Autoruns.mspx
2) Directions on how to trim services: http://www.blackviper.com/

FWIW - be careful what you stop - it may affect Windows ability to start. Thoroughly research each entry that you'd like to stop.
