Your Ways/approach In It Customer Service

Customer service requires some people skill. What is your way or approach or method in customer serivce?

Is there any info on the Internet geared for IT customer service?

This used be part of A+ exam, but has been removed years ago.

You could try The Institute of Customer Service, they have a lot of information/articles for download.
