Hi

This problem is driving me mad...I have separate speakers that work fine when playing either music or a video but I get no sound when windows xp starts up or down and no bleeps ect on the PC, also no sound in youtube website but sound on most other websites. I've reinstalled my drivers, it's not that, I've reinstalled flashplayer many times but I'm stuck so any help would be appriciated. Oh, I've been into control panel ect and made sure all the boxes are checked that should be and everthing is plugged in - I have a feeling it may be linked to codecs? but completely at a loss!

cheers susan
