I just add 512 mb DDR Kingston KVR400X64 C3A to my DEll Intel Celeron 2.4 GHz which already have 256 mb DDR SDRAM at 333MHz . So now I have 768 mb but my Dell reboot itself often due to iexplore error or Winexplore error . I run
eventvwr.msc and got these msg:

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.6000.16512, faulting module mshtml.dll, version 7.0.6000.16525, fault address 0x000dcd95.

or

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.3156, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.3119, fault address 0x00011065.

Could someone show me how to fix my problem ? thanks in advance.

Mai.

What model is your Dell? How did you determine that this Kingston module would be compatible with your motherboard?

dell usually uses pretty good ram, if your bios is set for cas 2, your kingston cas 3 ram can't run cas 2 at 333 mem bus
and is unstable

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
