Media Will Not Play Videos/MP3 Player

Just recently all videos I try to play online do not work. They load about 2 secs and then freeze. This happens on Youtube, Myspace and everywhere I try to play music or videos. My MP3 player on my myspace stopped working too. This is weird considering I used it earlier today and it just stopped working all of a sudden. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
