My speakers are picking up radio waves or sumthing when i turn my speakers volume all the way down i can hear some foreign voice. I not joking

The speakers may not be shielded,magnetically.
Try moving the speakers as they may just be located in a way that they are catching a signal.
Try coiling the wires.
Or wrapping a few turns around 'ferrite rings'

That would be called RFI or Radio Frequency Interference. Boopme has some good suggestions. Moving around the wires and/or the speakers to get them out of a hot spot may help. Coiling up excess wire adds 'inductance' that resists RF pickup. To further increase the inductance of the leads, you could try one of these .

Haha, I remember one time we plugged my friends electric guitar into the other plug on his amplifier. It started picking op radio signals from some station pretty clearly. As we moved the guitar around it changed the quality of the sound so the guitar was pretty much the antennae.

Well it doesnt really bother me as when i turn my speakers volume up the signal goes away but i just thought it was kind of cool, lol i figured out the language, its spanish
