BleepingComputer.com: Computer Running Terribly Laggy

Hello! I was referred here by Trend Micro and thought you might be some help. My computer is running awfully and my performance always jumps up to 100% for no reason when there are no applications open. It says i have about 51 processes going and i have no clue what any of them are. Please help!

Hi,

Your problem is McAfee. The forums are full with people who installed or updated their McAfee and then they are complaining about a terrible slow system.
