i have problem with norton internet secruity doesn't open at all .. it tells me : Unable to open this norton product, please restart your computer then say click here to to symatec tecnical support knowledge base the click it say Error: "Unable to open this Norton product. Please restart your computer" (8500,108)

and the internet explorer i wen to see network diagnostic for window xp thats what this come out.. please help me out,,

What version of NIS are you trying to run, and is it an upgrade from a previous install? Are you also running Zonealarm or some other security software?

Ultimately it advises that you download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your current Norton products, and then reinstall them after the removal is complete.
