I have been given a dell latitude model#PPX. I need a windows 98 start up and i need it to recognize an epson stylus color 850 and print with it. I also want to open an email attatchment from my father and it says windows cant find Program.exe

Need a few more details on what you currently have. You have the Dell Latitude. Does it have Win98 on it? Does win98 run? If so, and you don't have the Epson printer installed you will need to get the drivers and load them.

About the email attachment, what is it (full file name and extension). Depending on what it is you might need the software installed on your machine that created the document (like Adobe, MS Word, a graphics viewer or whatever).
