Help
msnmsgr.exe - Unable to locate Component
a red circle with a white x then this message: The application has failed to start because yui.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.
I've tried re-installing the application, however the problem still exist. I really would like to use my msn messenger. I use to get this same problem with a yahoo application. I only downloaded Yahoo again because I have Verizon Yahoo for my dsl service and i get to use the virus protection.

1. The Yahoo virus protection is pretty lame. You'd be better served with AVG or Avast, both Free
2. As you know from your post a few months back, yui.dll is for your Yahoo messenger application. I would try uninstalling it and MSN. Then reinstall MSN first and see if that works

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall however the problem still exist. it keeps stating that my yui.dll was not found. I thought that format was only dealing with yahoo. I deleted yahoo, so i'm now concern with what the problem is. Please someone help me. I really would like to use msn messenger live.
