It wont be very fast and you will not be able to run anything on it almost. I think you might even have trouble browsing the internet might be slow.
I know that my 98SE machine with a pentium 2 350mhz was slow so I figure the same for a 100mhz......
This is just what I think of the pc as speed wise. Why do you ask?
