were those temps at idle or after heavy load?
voltages a little weak but should be good?
room must be real cold for the motherboard temp to be that low?
how high is that cpu temp getting? those socket A's get up to 85C under heavy load but fry?
eggs well done, not over easy?
post the whole overclock down thru the graphics properties, but not the debug
I have that same mobo but in the deluxe model in another computer

The CPU is around 140 (F) now and winamp just closed due to an error, which is usually what happens before it overheats and shuts off. What am I supposed to do about CPU temp? And yes, currently the room temp is pretty low because it got colder, but it doesnt help when it comes to certain tasks.

it may already be fried, the cpu, it's running underclocked now at 266 and if I remember right the standard barton is 333 or 400, it's a shame it didn't have a better premium heat sink fan on the cpu
I ended up pitching all my amd stock ones and replacing with larger ones from newegg

So basically there's nothing I can do where just buying a new comp wouldnt be a better investment? That's no good : \
I was hoping to keep thing thing around but at the rate it's going I dont even know what I'll be able to use it for. Even at cool room temperatures with a fan running through it, it wont run youtube videos for very long most of the time. I dont even know if I'll be able to run my PS emulator on it anymore
Also distressing because I dont know if I'll be able to get a PC for my new comp and I dont want to have to deal with a mac 100% of the time >.<

if you are running a stock 60mm amd fan then be on the lookout for a more premium 80mm HSF on sale somewhere
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
what exact barton are you running, who downclocked the fsb?
http://www.thecoolest.zerobrains.com/CoreTemp/
let the computer cool down
boot up with side off and your room fan running
start coretemp, leave it running, now try to crash the computer, right before you think it will crash close core temp
it will capture a log of the temps or you can monitor and see what's going on
what is the temp at idle right after bootup, after a few minutes and them under load?
there may be other issues going on here too

Also, core temp gives me this when I try to open it:
This is not an AMD RevF/G processor.
This program will not continue.
Edit: Just got a blue screen of death for the first time. Was trying to run a PS emulator and setting up a logitech controller and it gave me a blue screen with this text. If I put "...." it means something was cut off and I couldnt read it

IMO it's either malware or the affects of the overclock. I'd suggest returning the system to default values and troubleshooting from there. Here's a link to a description of the error message: http://aumha.org/a/stop.php#0x21a
