Windows Features Problem

I'm using a windows Vista Ultimate..
But i've encountered a problem with windows feature.
I seem to be missing a few options…
like Games, IIS, and more.
I need to install IIS..
But there are no option for IIS

Go to Start...Control Panel...Programs...Turn Windows Features On or Off
Click the check boxes to turn them on and click OK.

There is no IIS..

Look for Internet Information Services in the list.

There is no Internet Information Services and game in the list..
That is my problem..
Anyone can help me with this kind of problem??

You basically open a command line as a local administrator, paste the string at the prompt and go, like so:
0) do a restore point, in case any problems might occur.
1) Make sure you are using an account with admin rights
2) Go to the microsoft webpage in my previous post, highlight and copy the entire command string into the clipboard
3) Click Start / Run and type cmd into the textbox. The command console will appear.
4) At the prompt, paste the copied info into the command line directly. Hit the enter key.

Have a closer look at Setps 5 & 6 on that page to confirm the install was successful.
