Hi Everyone,

OK, so my Google toolBar seems to have gone mental and gotten all gay on me here. I was just about to do the un-install\re-install thing but when I got into my add\remove programs window I find that Google for IE is there laughing at me because it does not have a remove\change or repair button.

So my question is how the heck do I get rid of it? Isn't it supposed to have an 'un-install' thingy somewhere that I can get to to kill the old one before I download a new one?

Thanks for any help.

Wendy

Okay, I have IE7, so you might have to do something different if you don't. In IE7 you go to Tools>Toolbars>Customize. Click the Google toolbar and click remove.

Hi MadDawg, Thanks for the reply.

OK it's not the same but you got me looking in the right direction... at my Google toolbar. I found what I needed hiding under the heading of 'Settings' on the right end of the Google toolbar and I un-installed that sucker.

So thanks for the help.
