Yes we did follow the page. The second time was a charm. However, the D: backup folder still exists. She is running Windows XP pro. Is there anyway she can delete the folder in D and add the 18 gig of space onto her C drive without running something like Partition Magic or worse end up reformating her C: drive and D: backup drive? Thanks for the quick response and I look forward to any further info.
