Help
Hi, I am helping my sister try to remove Norton Ghost 10.0 on her computer. She is running Windows Media. We tried the Symantec uninstall Norton Removal tool as described on some older 2005-2006 posts. Upon restarting her computer, it went to the Symantec site and started to download the bleeping program again. She pulled the ethernet cable before it was downloaded. What is going on here if you want to download the program because it is not what you want why can't you permanently get rid of it? Her computer still shows C drive and backup D drive, however if you go to Add/remove Programs it will not load and now she is getting numerous DLL errors. Totally frustrated any help would be appreciated.

Yes we did follow the page. The second time was a charm. However, the D: backup folder still exists. She is running Windows XP pro. Is there anyway she can delete the folder in D and add the 18 gig of space onto her C drive without running something like Partition Magic or worse end up reformating her C: drive and D: backup drive? Thanks for the quick response and I look forward to any further info.
