Error Message When Open Internet

When I go on the internet I always get the following error message:

ccl 40.dll was not found

once i click ok, the internet works fine but could someone tell me what i have to do to get rid of message

I was hoping that someone would be able to help me, with the above. There must be someone thats know about it.

ccL40.dll is a component of Norton 2006. Do you have Norton 2006 installed on your computer? Have you removed it from your computer?
