Looks like the driver is not installed. What is the service tag number for this machine?
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently

It probably wont say service tag. On the back, it is a plain white tag, with a

BARCODE

xxxxxxx

BARCODE

setup.

If you can find this, you must go to dell help and support http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/...;l=en&s=gen

and enter your service tag number or have the dell applet look it up and then do a driver search.

To have the dell site look it up, click the enter service tag number button, then you will be able to click the Look up my service tag number. This only works in Internet Exploder.

You could run the Dell Driver Reset Tool that came with your machine if you kept the discs...
