Help
How do I find out what parts I need to order. I can install them myself but I am not sure where I would find a part number. They were replaced before and it was under warranty but now it is not.

I know that they replaced it before. I am pretty sure that the keys were not replaced. I am not sure if it was something on the work order or just the fact that when I got the laptop back the keys were worn looking. They have texture on them and after using them they begin to smooth out and become shiny. But I can't remember. Also does anyone know of any site that shows step by step how to take it apart. I taken it apart before but it would be nice to see it again before I did.
