Open Source Or Free Web Cam/cam Software Looking for a program thats similar to the Mac books cam software

I recently got a laptop with a built-in camera and Vista. I am looking for open source or free software thats able to compete with the Mac books photo booth software 'Effects and so forth' suggestions :thumbsup:
