When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

HI....I am VERY new to this site and my nephew encouraged me to join and learn more about trouble shooting problems I may have on my computer and learning how to fix them. I recently downloaded on my space a program that allows me to have multiple song play lists. The site is project playlist. Now I have alot of issues with pop ups and freezing as I am typing I used avg anti spy ware to get rid of the junk. and also Trend micro pc-cillen internet security. But there still remains issues. When I start up my computer ...

1. outerinfo.exe opens up...

2. windows script host opens up saying C:\Porgram files\func.exe

3. and...Troj_Generic is detected by Tend pc.

So were do I begin to get rid of these programs?
