Hey, I have a problem playing Diablo 2. Before I used to have the game on my computer till I decided to uninstall it. So just recently I decided to start playing it again so after I installed it and tried to play, it gave me the error Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6f9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c. That also happens about 3/4 of the way into installing the expansion. Any help is appreciated.... Thanks!

Make sure your disks are clean with no visible flaws.

First of all when you install the game make sure you select full install (single player/mutliplayer/cinematics). Before you can even play the game I think you need to update the game with the latest patch.

That's not exactly required. The different options are mainly for if you want to play single player or multi-player and shouldn't be a problem. Also, I don't believe the latest patches are exactly required (unless you want to play online), but if you want to get the most out of the experience, patches offer lots of changes from enemies to items.

Well if the problem is that Diablo II won't start after he installed the game, that is basically the problem, I know because that happened to me. When I installed Diablo II I just wanted the singleplayer so I just installed the singleplayer campaign without multiplayer and when I tried to play the game I got a error message or incorrect CD in drive, I don't recall. To solve the problem I searched the internet and I found a website that gave information on how to fix the error and basically it said you have to fully install the game, not some of it, all of it. If you don't believe me google "Diablo 2 won't start" or "Diablo 2 won't load".
