The first contest is the HP Magic Giveaway, which is underway as of November 28th. More information can be found at this topic, which will be updated very soon with further information.

The second contests, is for the chance to win two Seagate FreeAgent external hard drives. More information about this contest can be found here.

So I was just thinking of purchasing a new computer and was actually considering buying a Mac computer and vice verca. The thing is I was just wondering if someone would be able to put a Windows xp operating system on a Mac computer? up until now my understanding was that there was an operating system tied in with mac computers and it was the only one you could use on that computer

Keep in mind there are drawbacks to emulating Windows with bootcamp. If you're a gamer, stick with a Windows-based computer from the beginning. It will save you alot of hassle.
