In MS Word in the research box I cannot click on the arrow under "Translate the whole document." For some reason the arrow is greyed out, which means I cannot click on it. I have it set to translate English into Spanish, and it wont even translate a phrase/sentance. However if I mouse over an English word I do get a pop up showing what the English word would be translated into Spanish. On another note she can type in spanish (when she sets it, otherwise her default language is English) and all the asterisks and such get typed out, but it would just be alot easier for her if she could type in English and then just hit the translate button and have her documents translated into Spanish. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance. smile.gif

No real ideas for this, except maybe an uninstall and reinstall of Office 2007. I've installed it with all of the options selected and don't have this problem.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if she has the CD for a reinstall as when she had bought the laptop from Bestbuy she had them install it for her. I'll ask her though, and if not then I guess shes just going to have to take it back to them and have them sort it out since she just bought it less than a month ago. Thanks for your time though. smile.gif

Is it possible that this is a trial edition of Office 2007 (that came pre-installed on the system) and that it has some limited features if the software hasn't been purchased? If she purchased the software, she should have been provided with the installation media and the Product Key.
