Deleting Formatted Infomation Off A Flash Drive Mp3/mp4 Mp3 Mp4 memory

Hi, i have brought a 2nd hand 4 gb mp4/ mp3 off ebay. I saw it already had music on so i formated the whole device.

I didn't realize the owner before me had also delted alot of softewar too, i now have a situation where i have 4 mb of left out of 4 gb!!!!(so i now have a device full of delted infomation).

I go to 'my computer', 'disk drive H' (my mp4) then i have 3 files which are named

░ntldr

δ<ÉMSDOS.5.0

Now i either need to restore them back or delet the files????
